I am an HR Executive with 25 years of Human Resources experience. I have assisted companies in building their HR departments, functions, and processes to support the growth of their businesses, My experience ranges from small to large organizations; however, I realized my passion became more about helping smaller businesses and being able to see the impact that my work had on them. I help deliver their vision and strategy through execution and implementation, embedding processes within functional roles and partnering with business leaders to ensure buy-in, long-term adherence, and ongoing compliance.
